Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — FREE over $50 (or $4.99 flat rate under $50)
- Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days — $9.99
- Express/Overnight: 1–2 business days — $24.99
Delivery estimates begin after your processing window, not at order placement.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS and UPS. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
International Shipping
We do currently ship internationally. International orders ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email. Track your order at [17TRACK / your carrier's site — e.g. usps.com or ups.com].
Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us immediately at contact@infozela.com if you spot an error — we can only make changes before the order is processed.
